My Therapy Room is a small Wellness Studio with the philosophy of holistic approach to body, mind and soul. The
four cornerstones of wellness that our philosophy is built on are: Healthy Nutrition, Regular Exercise,
Psychological Well-being, Proper Skin & Body Care.
We believe that these four components are a must for
improving your wellness, being in balance and reflecting a true beauty that comes from within.

Fat Burn Guide
Avoid very low calorie diets
Any diet that required slashing your calories to “starvation” levels never works on a long term basis!
Make sure your calorie intake is customized
Your calorie needs may be a lot higher or lower than the average person depending on your activity level, age
and gender.
Decrease your calories just a little below maintenance
A “calorie deficit” about 20% below your daily maintenance is ok but anything lower than that can slow down your
metabolism.
Increase your activity level and burn more
A combination of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise is the best way of burning more and increasing
your deficit. You can also increase the intensity or duration of your current workout.
Set up your wellness goals
There is a big difference between knowing what to do and doing what you know. Goals are the bridges that span this
gap. Goals create energy and motivation so make up your mind to reach your goals!
Focus your mind on what you want to achieve and not on what you want to avoid
Thoughts are “mental orders”, frequent repetition of thoughts is one of the most certain ways to penetrate the
subconscious mind. Take a conscious control over your mental dialogue and program your brain with positive goals!
